Do I need a website to use Edantra OS?

No. A phone number is enough. The system answers calls, handles bookings, sends confirmations and reminders — all through voice and WhatsApp. If you do have a website, we can connect a booking form to the same pipeline, but it's entirely optional.

How long does setup actually take?

For Starter plans, 72 hours from the onboarding call. Growth plans are typically live in 48 hours. Setup involves one call with you to understand your business, your slot structure, and your tone — then we build and hand it over. You don't need to do anything technical.

What if I already use a booking software or calendar?

We work with what you have. If you use Google Calendar, a spreadsheet, or an existing booking tool, we connect to it. If you don't have anything, we set up a clean Google Sheet that you own and can access any time. No migration, no disruption.

Can I cancel if it's not working out?

Yes — cancel any month, no questions asked, no penalty. We don't do annual lock-ins or cancellation fees. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you into a contract.

What languages does the system support?

English by default. Hindi, Assamese and other regional languages are available on Growth plans — speak to us during onboarding and we'll set it up for your client base. If you serve a multilingual clientele, let us know and we'll discuss what's possible.

How does billing work — are there any extra charges?

You pay a one-time setup fee based on your project requirements, plus the monthly plan fee. That's it. There are no per-booking fees, no overage charges, and unlimited bookings on both plans. Monthly support may be required depending on the project complexity.
